Here’s everything I’m window shopping, cooking & writing lately.
Living alone, I’ve gotten absurdely good at cooking quick, solo dinners. I love to load up on proteins, veggies and rice or pasta whenever possible and this lemon-tzatziki chicken did not disappoint. Pulled from chef Jamie Oliver’s new cookbook, 5 Ingredients (the Mediterranean edition), it’s equal parts tender, flavorful and filling. On Sundays We…
Since I was little, I knew two things for certain:
1.) I wanted to write
2.) I wanted to be surrounded by beautiful things
So, it only felt natural to combine my two loves and share it all via a newsletter.
On Sundays We, in it’s written form, is a love letter from me to you on all things home, the pursuit of style, my attempts at being a “party of one” chef…and everything in between.
